North American Ski and Board Resorts - West

Since the apparent demise of the free Ridertech kmz, I put together a similar file for Western resorts in the US and Canada. I'm out of energy at the moment, but will add the East Coast and Midwestern resorts eventually. The work is entirely my own, although I got a little guidance from some of the folks acknowledged in the Description. Please give me feedback on errors, bugs, and omissions and I will keep updating the file.
