Concept name - Google Earth "History"

Dear Google Earth creators,developers and users,
I am satisfied user of GE from the very first day of release, so i find myself in a position to offer a great Idea for Google Earth, which could give much bigger impact in using it.

So here it is:

Concept name - Google Earth "History".

As name "History" is pointing by itself to the time in the past, Google Earth should not be just a "simple" world at this time being, even there is nothing similar at the presents. It would be much more interesting and powerful if users could scroll the time in the past. That could give much better view of actually positions of civilisations in the time. As for example user would be able to see/understand how big Roman Empire was in their lightest moments, or how fast Hitlers army was conquering the territory... I see user could scroll time with "time line scroll"-er or to type specific year of interest. It would be unique Global Atlas trough History... and there is much more but for start i think it is enough to bring a hint!

We can now feel interaction between user and space of Earth, but
imagine interaction between user and TIME AND SPACE!

With your present engine, this project should not take long to develop, and i see it as a great potential idea for the future versions.
